It’s really a beautiful machine and it efficiently provides both heat and air conditioning. As a bonus, it can be used simply to circulate air – as they say, “It’s hard to stop a Trane.” Joe and John were professional and easy to work with. I observed much of the work and as a “Do-It-Yourselfer” I appreciated the tips they gave me, so if I rebuild a floor or add tiles, I can do it myself without having to call someone….the guys are great!

After discussing our need for a new heating system with Richard, we believed he could do the job to our satisfaction and he did. The Trane system is what we needed and we will tell everyone that Trane and A-1 Guaranteed is the BEST.

Once the installer put the air conditioner on we could feel the difference right away. The air smelled clean and the house cooled down within 5 minutes from the time he turned it on. The Trane air conditioner unit is very nice. Overall, A-1 Guaranteed did a GREAT JOB!! The installers were here on time. They came in and assessed the house for the job they were going to do. They came in and did the job in a timely manner and didn’t make a mess, they cleaned up after themselves and went over how to use the system.

…I went with A-1 Guaranteed Heating and Air, Inc because they did EVERYTHING from start to finish, took the guesswork out of everything for me. Richard’s employees were always pleasant and made sure I knew who was coming over and when things would be completed. If you’re worried about taking that huge leap, don’t be! I can’t praise A-1 Guaranteed enough and everyone should use them! The best testimony is an 18-year customer that has regular visits! Best to have a service contract and maintain your units as those systems are the most expense in your house! I completely trust A-1 Guaranteed. Thank you to Tyler for always being the star tech! I decided to get AC in my Vallejo home and went thru multiple quotes. Matt came out and explained everything to me and went over all of my options. He was so professional and thorough I felt really informed after the initial meeting. It never felt like he was trying to oversell it just seemed honest and informative. That was my first quote and I liked the company so much I was worried my other quotes would be less causing a difficult decision. Well… nope my A-1 quote was THOUSANDS less than the competing bids. Also in other bids I was told It would take anywhere from 2 to 4 days to install while A-1 offered installation in one day. I ended up getting AC and replacing my old furnace. The installation went so smoothly. The team were so great and left my home cleaner than it was when they came. Every interaction I have had with them whether in person or over the phone with scheduling has been fantastic. They are wonderful to work with!!! Also my air conditioner is amazing and I’m so happy with my choice to use this company.
