My Trane was installed on Nov. 11 before the rains. They set it up the way I wanted it. When I get up in the a.m. my house is warm. They were friendly, courteous. They cleaned up the mess before they left. In fact, my Trane got installed one week early which made me happy.

Efficiency and caliber of personnel doing installation of our air conditioner and heater was impressive. They worked very hard even though they had 102 degree heat to work in that day. The quality of the installation was exceptional and was finished in a timely manner. I expected the install to last the whole day but instead it was done in several hours. The installer completed the job quickly and professionally. He did not try to force any unnecessary parts or labor on me.

It is so nice to have every room cool. It doesn’t take long to get cool either. We are really enjoying our new central air and can’t wait for winter to enjoy our heat. Richard and his crew were great. They were neat, very polite and trustworthy. We would recommend them highly. As a matter of fact, we already have.

Richard was quick to come and look at the job when I called. He took great pride in the work that needed to be done. He came by to check on how the job was going and all of his workers were very friendly and helpful. Joe was very nice and helpful, he went over everything with me to make sure I know how to work everything. Joe went the extra mile to build a box so my heater would work better. I would use him again if I wanted another job done.
