Bob’s initial visit, followed by Richard’s home assessment, convinced me this was the company I wanted for installing central heating in my home. The arrival of the 3 person team (Dan, Joe & Rick) were the “frosting on the cake!” Everyone is knowledgeable about their product and their duties. They acted in a professional manner at all times. By this I mean they were cheerful, took responsibility for their duties, were informative, enthusiastic, focused on the job yet flexible when necessary and demonstrated confidence in their work. Richard has built an excellent team and he is well organized and demonstrates a good deal of integrity.
