A-1 Guaranteed did a big project for us — installing solar, a heat pump and a new water heater. they gave the lowest price, did beautiful work on time and have followed up on even the smallest problems we have had. i can’t think of another contractor who i could recommend as highly.

I wanted to thank everybody involved with the quotation and installation of the new furnace and A/C at my mother’s home in the Rossmoor area of Walnut Creek. I was very impressed with the install crew. Victor did a great job leading his team, and he did a great job interfacing with me. I didn’t get to know Jose and Edgar quite as well because they were working away up in the attic, but I got to know John a little bit, and I was very impressed. A couple of neighbors approached me about how it was going. They also need to HVAC replacements, and I spoke enthusiastically about A-1 Guaranteed.

I love this company! Several years ago they installed a new heater for me and I was so impressed with their quality of work. So, when my water heater when out this year, I didn’t hesitate to call them. They juggled their schedule to come out quickly so I didn’t have to suffer through very many cold showers. Their customer service is rare and their quality of work is exceptional. They did such a great job installing the new water heater (plus the new code requirements) that even the city inspector made a comment about “their excellent work”. I highly recommend A-1 Guaranteed for your needs.

Jacob showed up on time and was very professional and thorough. He took the time to walk me through his service and explained each diagnostic finding in detail. In addition, he also took pictures of the unit and components serviced, and then shared those with me as well, so that I could see the before and after photos of all components and testing results.

The crew was great very professional and courteous. They all wore masks. They were done in two days and everything was spotless when they left. The Fujitsu unit which is heat/AC is quite remarkable! We don’t even know the system is on it’s so quiet. Did I mention a super competitive price?

Absolutely incredible service, respectful and professional staff, and helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Hands down the best in the Bay Area.
