I wanted to thank everybody involved with the quotation and installation of the new furnace and A/C at my mother’s home in the Rossmoor area of Walnut Creek.
I was very impressed with the install crew. Victor did a great job leading his team, and he did a great job interfacing with me. I didn’t get to know Jose and Edgar quite as well because they were working away up in the attic, but I got to know John a little bit, and I was very impressed. A couple of neighbors approached me about how it was going. They also need to HVAC replacements, and I spoke enthusiastically about A-1 Guaranteed.
