About Kasey’s Klub

In 1995, owner Richard was unable to take time off on a Sunday for his daughter Kasey’s fifth birthday. This prompted him to start his own business and A-1 Guaranteed was born. 21 years later, A-1 Guaranteed still values family. We’re family owned and operated and our motto is “Let our family keep your family comfortable.” Kasey’s Klub Members can count on A-1 Guaranteed to keep their equipment running safely and efficiently longer so it’s working when you need it most.

Properly maintained equipment runs more efficiently and can save you money on your utility bills. It extends the life of your equipment and reduces the likelihood of costly breakdowns. Per manufacturer guidelines, our highly trained and certified technicians will perform the required maintenance every six months.

Priority Service

Everyone knows that the AC breaks on the hottest day of summer or the furnace goes out when the whole family is coming to stay. As a Kasey’s Klub Member, you will be serviced first, ahead of non-club customers in the event you have a breakdown. You will also have access to our after-hours emergency service with no overtime charges.

In the event of an equipment breakdown, as a Kasey’s Klub Member, you receive up to $75 off on our trip/diagnostic fee and discounts up to 15% off on any required repairs.

Water heater flush can be added to any level for an additional $15/month (water heater must have been installed by A-1 Guaranteed Heating & Air). As long as you maintain a continuous Kasey’s Klub Membership, A-1 Guaranteed Heating & Air, Inc. provides all necessary filters for your HVAC system annually (excludes special order sizes over 1 inch). **Never Pay for the Same Repair Twice as long as you maintain a continuous Kasey’s Klub Membership at the platinum level. Excludes Freon and acts of God including but not limited to lightning, storm, and natural disasters. +New Equipment Credits: As long as you maintain a continuous Kasey’s Klub Membership, you are saving toward a future purchase of a new furnace OR air-conditioner and water heater from A-1 Guaranteed Heating & Air, Inc. Up to 5 years of credits (up to $2,000 for platinum level) will be deducted from the purchase price of a new furnace OR air-conditioner. Up to 5 years of credits (up to $500 for platinum level) will be deducted from the cost of a new water heater replacement. If you move, any unused credits may be transferred to the new homeowners if they join the Kasey’s Klub program. ***Lifetime Warranty on Thermostat provided as long as you maintain a continuous Kasey’s Klub Membership at platinum level. Standard thermostat only, does not apply to smart thermostat technology. Important Note Regarding Rescheduling: Please be aware that we may need to reschedule a maintenance in the event of an emergency breakdown. We appreciate your understanding! Cancellation policy: If membership is cancelled prior to one year, your payment method will be billed for remaining balance of one year annual plan. If cancelled after first year, a total of six (6) payments must have been collected for every maintenance or repair performed. Any balance due will be charged to payment method on file. Cancellation must be in written form, either by mail or email. Refunds will not be given on unused portions.
