TECH Clean California helps advance the mission throughout the state to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045. The initiative promotes and encourages the usage of low-emissions heating technologies, including heating for water as well as space.
The initiative provides numerous incentives at various points in time to help drive the campaign for clean heating, especially for lower-income customers and those in disadvantaged areas of the state. FLEXmarket
A-1 Guaranteed is proud to be a FLEXmarket provider. The FLEXmarket program offers incentives and rebates that can reward customers for upgrading appliances and equipment, installing electric vehicle chargers and/or batteries that can store and shift energy, and more.

Albany, CA Heat Pump HVAC Rebates
The Albany, CA Heat Pump HVAC Rebate Program helps customers save money on ventilation, heat pump heating, HVAC system installations/purchases, and more. The program is offering rebates of $750 for ductless systems, $1500 for ducted systems, and $1,000 for electrical panel upgrades.
