It’s really a beautiful machine and it efficiently provides both heat and air conditioning. As a bonus, it can be used simply to circulate air – as they say, “It’s hard to stop a Trane.” Joe and John were professional and easy to work with. I observed much of the work and as a “Do-It-Yourselfer” I appreciated the tips they gave me, so if I rebuild a floor or add tiles, I can do it myself without having to call someone….the guys are great!
